Ecological Industry Certificate

10 June 2015 published on 25841 'Regulation on the Principles and Application of Organic Agriculture' will be made by applying; Controlled and certified products, which are produced without using any substances harmful to human health, without harming all living beings and nature in all processes from seed to harvest and reaching the final consumer, are called ecological products. The aim of ecological production is to protect water, air, environment, plant, animal and human health.

The aim of the regulation issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs is to regulate, develop and expand the market for organic agricultural activities in a regular and controlled manner, to produce organic agricultural products and to find and market them properly. The main purpose of all these is to protect the ecological balance. The scope of the regulation is composed of the following article.

  • Production of all kinds of animal, aquaculture and plant products
  • Collection of products from natural areas and forests in accordance with the principles of organic agriculture
  • Yeast used as feed or food
  • Production of the inputs to be used in accordance with the principles of organic farming or obtaining them again in accordance with these principles
  • Processing, packaging, labeling and storage of all these products, transporting them to the required places, establishing appropriate markets, checking, documenting and auditing

The so-called organic or ecological products are grown in accordance with these regulations and substances without using any substance or method harmful to human health at all stages of production until the time it reaches the consumer from the soil. It protects natural resources including water, energy and soil and prevents them from being damaged. By using ecological products, healthy products are consumed in terms of both mental and physical health. This certificate provides an assurance to consumers who wish to conserve both healthy living and nature by consuming ecological products. At the same time, it enables the producers of ecological production to certify the products produced in accordance with the standards and prove it and offer it to the market at the value it deserves. Nature provides sustainability in transferring to future generations. Ecological and biological diversity is preserved. By making the best use of the resources, the aim is to preserve the natural balance which is deteriorated as a result of wrong practices, leaving a healthier and livable earth for future generations.

Countries and organizations all over the world now have a more sensitive and conscious consumption approach towards nature and food. This sensitivity is gradually increasing. People are trying to consume foods that are friendly to nature and suitable for human health in order to live healthier. For this purpose, we started to focus on products with ecological certificates.

Ecological certificate; It is the certificate given to controlled and certified products produced without using any chemical product, method and additive that cause harm to human and ecosystem at all stages of agricultural and industrial products. It is the certificate given that the chemical and human health and environment-friendly stimulants are not used in any of the materials to be used in the raw material of a product in question and any of the materials used in the meantime and the products are completely natural. This certificate, which was issued worldwide in the early nineties, was created to eliminate chemical inputs in the production stages and methods of products.

  • Name, code number and logo of the organization that controls and certifies the product

  • Farmer code that produces the product
  • Name of all substances contained in the product
  • Produce and expiration date
  • Product weight
  • Production place
  • Production permit
  • Product origin
  • Information that it is produced in accordance with directing
  • Imported product in Turkish label information
